Welwyn Garden City has a thriving social membership, largely due to the friendly nature of the club.

A social member is able to attend the club at any time, whether it be to meet for a drink, to attend a social function, or to dine on a Wednesday or Friday members’ food evening.
|
|
The club hosts bridge lessons and matches, and has a snooker table that is used for social and league matches.
|
|
Social members are able to play golf up to six times a year, but pay a full green fee. Restrictions apply as for non-members.
